Everything was in the box and complete. after removing dash panels all the stock Mercedes connections fix well and the first test of the system before final install was great. It was clear that the new screen was talking to the vehicle as it showed odometer, doors open, seat belt off on the screen. all the stock controls worked great and my only challenge was getting audio out put through any sources like my phone. tech support helped me out and now everything working great. worth the update on my 2011 GLK350 Mercedes. thx for great product.

The display effect is amazing, the resolution is high, the navigation and positioning are strong, each application function on the screen is displayed above, do not understand the seller, the seller is very quick answer, very professional, recommended.
