You can return your unused product within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. To return a product, please contact us at support@carputech.com and we will send you return instructions*. Used items may be subjected to 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a full product refund, please make sure your returned items are in the same condition as you received them.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective products. Warranty time starts from the day you receive the parcel.
