You can return your unused product within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. To return a product, please contact us at support@carputech.com and we will send you return instructions*. Used items may be subjected to 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a full product refund, please make sure your returned items are in the same condition as you received them.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective products. Warranty time starts from the day you receive the parcel. Carputech will still provide permanent technical support and operation suggestion for those products that have exceeded the warranty period.
