Just received my Q50 screen. I am very much loving it aside from not receiving wiring diagram with the Head Unit. I did run into some issues with the wiring harness and not plugging in in the correct order however support was great in helping me. I received exceptional support and still am receiving further support with minor setting issues. I am confident in the support and that I will resolve. I have had positive results so far and prompt responses from support every time. I highly recommend this seller and the agent I am dealing with. She has been excellent. Amazing product for my 2014 q50

OMG. where has this product been hiding. This is by far the best improvement to my 2018 Q60. Install was relatively straightforward thanks to YouTube. You do need to be a little tech savvy to get the initial setting just right but after that wireless Apple Car play and mobile Hotspot both working perfectly. It's basically a huge Android tablet for your Q. This seller was great and responded to inquiries promptly. Fit is perfect to the car and looks awesome. I brought my car into my local Infiniti dealer and the service guys were blown away. A +++
